The facility does not offer return or refund services. The return policy depends on certain requirements and conditions:

  1. The returned item needs to be approved by the facility for the return process to take place.
  2. The item must be inspected after return to verify the authenticity of the damage, which is up to the facility’s management.
  3. When ordering, please provide the correct information—your full name, your correct number activated on WhatsApp, city, district, and street.
  4. If requested, please adhere to the order time. In case of a change from the set deadline, contact us via WhatsApp only.
  5. No warranty on parts.
  6. There is a return or exchange if the product has an issue, only within 24 hours of receiving the order from the shipment.
  7. When ordering, you cannot modify the order. Please ensure your order is correct.
  8. The refund period for the paid card value is from 2 days to 2 weeks, depending on the bank’s policy and the card type.
  9. When ordering more than 3 pieces, you may be contacted, and there may be an additional fee of 100 for shipping the order in two shipments.
  10. Immediate delivery within the UAE takes 1-3 days.
  11. Immediate delivery outside the UAE takes 7-10 days, and jewelry may take up to 20 days.
  12. Customs fees do not include shipping charges.
  13. All displayed items are for immediate delivery, except for jewelry which takes 15-20 working days to manufacture.
  14. Replacement or return is only if there is a discrepancy from our imaging or a manufacturing defect, only within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  15. All jewelry displayed on the site is 18K gold and diamonds.
